He brings a strategic and disciplined approach to development, investment, and long-term project planning, ensuring every Aqua Vista project is built on sound commercial foundations.
Passionate about travel, architecture, and exceptional design, Bill is committed to creating homes that combine lifestyle appeal with enduring value.
Vanessa Barkaway
Co-Founder
Ness leads the strategic direction of Aqua Vista’s customer experience, sales and brand vision, ensuring every development reflects the company’s commitment to exceptional design, quality and enduring value.
Passionate about architecture, nature and thoughtful design, she believes exceptional homes should sit effortlessly within their surroundings, balancing timeless elegance with spaces that feel welcoming, functional and deeply connected to the way people live.
Having worked collaboratively with Bill for almost 30 years, they have built a shared vision founded on quality, integrity and creating homes that people genuinely love to live in.
Dinah Thain
Contract Cost & Interior Design Consultant
Based in Portugal, Dinah works closely with Aqua Vista's local network of suppliers, contractors, and consultants.
With a background in interior design, she oversees project costing and design coordination, bringing a meticulous eye for detail to every stage of the process. Her expertise in selecting finishes, materials, and interior design elements ensures each development achieves a cohesive, refined aesthetic while remaining true to Aqua Vista's vision.
Dinah also serves as the primary point of contact for sales enquiries, providing buyers with local knowledge and support throughout the purchasing process.
Charlotte Barkaway
Digital Communications Manager
Charlotte oversees Aqua Vista's digital presence, including the website, content strategy, social media, and customer communications.
With a background in marketing and administration, she plays a key role in ensuring prospective buyers can easily access information about Aqua Vista's properties and developments.
